Details about the position:


Title – Knowledge Management Lead (Training Lead)



Designation – Senior Manager



Location – Uppal, Pocharam (Hyderabad)



Shift – 12:00 pm – 9:00 pm







Requisites:





  • ·         Overall 8+ yrs of experience with minimum 2-3 yrs of training lead role experience


  • ·         Experience of management development and soft skills training


  • ·         Experience of designing and delivering a variety of training solutions


  • ·         Experience of partnering with third parties


  • ·         People Management experience




Responsibilities:





  • ·         Drive knowledge management pillars for the accounts


  • ·         A Knowledge Management Lead is responsible for owning and driving the knowledge management metrics.


  • ·         Key business metrics would be New Hire Management, Documentation and Compliance ownership, Cross Skilling of teams, building process SMEs and ownership of resource knowledge levels.


  • ·         The Knowledge Management lead would be required to work with a team of Managers and Assistant Managers reporting to him


  • ·         The role would require flexibility in terms of work hours, travel and possible assignments at another Client or Client location


  • ·         Own Overall content and Training Delivery –end to end


  • ·         Roll out all Client specific training to staff based on operational requirements locally, and global interventions.


  • ·         Implement knowledge retention tools-SOP updates, Cross Training & Testing, Assess knowledge


  • ·         Participate and lead in mid-level client interaction, high degree of energy, execution and client connect is required and lead Customer Calls
