Good Understanding of the Oops, Core Java,J2EE and Application Servers
Experience in Core Java, Struts ,JSP, Servlets and Banking /Finance Domain must to have: Hands on in Struts 1.3 Framework & Good understanding on JDBC
Good Understanding of the Database Oracle, MySQL
Understands application architectures and design
Very good understanding of Design and JEE technologies
Understands project life cycle and aware of Agile methodology
Should have a minimum of Masters degree (MCA, MSc (IT))
