1. Monitor and develop internal reliable control systems in respect of budgeting as per company requirements,
2. Forecasting and financial planning as per company`s future business plan,
3. Comparison of actuals vs budgets,
4. Close monitoring of the actuals and gap identifications if any,
5. Effective cost benefit analysis and profitability at various scenarios,
6. Product related effectiveness, profitability and future growth of business,
7. Various types of MIS reporting as per the Management requirements,
8. Market research and study of peer competitors and other players,
9. Analytical approach and detailed study for the budgets,
10. Financial reporting details at various cost center levels.
