Candidate will be involved in Providing Voice & E-Mail Technical
Services support
Candidate require you to handle inbound calls / emails / chats regarding technical/customer issues for end users.
Awareness of basic networking concepts and technologies.
Questioning skills /probing skills, as relevant to the issue and level of the caller
Fluency In Communications Skills (both spoken and written)/ soft skills
Shift Required:
Shifts will 24×7 in nature and can vary depending on geographies supported
Eligibility Criterion:
Bachelor’s Degree/ Diploma ( 15 Years + education ) (UG freshers and experience also can apply)
Total Experience:
0-5 Years
Interview Timings:
Monday to Friday – 11.00 AM to 4.00 PM
Saturday – 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM
