About the Position:
Manage all customers, products and transaction data within the marketing e-commerce system (web site and CRM). Ensuring integrity and accuracy of all information
Introduction and execution of routines/processes to ensure contact data within CRM is regularly validated and refreshed
Provision of first line, Help Desk support for the marketing e-commerce systems used by the wider business (supported by the IT department).
Management of sales operations along with team management to ensure speedy intervention in automated sales process and appropriate handling of all direct/inbound sales enquiries and general queries
Support the roll-out and adoption of new marketing automation and e-commerce system processes working closely with departmental colleagues and project stakeholders
Obtain market information to support marketing and business development
Track and report customer Key Performance Indicator (KPI) such as retention vs defection, lifetime value, purchasing behavior and product/service performance
Provide general marketing and promotional support to the South Asian market, leveraging the support of the London-based corporate marketing team
Provide regular reports against agreed personal and professional Key Performance Indicator ( KPI) to your line manager
The integrity and development of the company’s global marketing database and the marketing automation tools used in support of lead generation and account management.
Providing sales and marketing support to the business in the South Asia market
To be successful in this role you will require the following skills
A data intensive role that will suit a highly analytical and process orientated marketing professional
Candidate should have strong understanding of data and database design.
Candidate must be familiar with building and running queries using reporting tools such as Access and SQL, as well as spreadsheets, campaign management and analysis tools
Should have passion for data and analytics.
Candidate should possess managerial skill with an inclusive approach and open personality which entrusts others and motivates them towards completing clearly defined tasks speedily and effectively. It would be preferable, if he/she has exposure on international business environment working with geographically diverse stakeholders.
Candidate should be persuasive, confident and ambitious with a polite and friendly manner. Highly motivated and have a positive outlook.
The candidate will have a pivotal role in the migration of existing client contacts and priority leads into the new platform and ensure that customer information is appropriately sourced and maintained to meet the current and future needs of the business and its clients
