Job Description
Brand Management
– Maintain close liaison with FIPL (Ford India Pvt. Ltd.) Brand and Marketing teams to ensure-Sharing of information & communication
– Work closely to design and execute marketing programs with FIPL-MS&S teams on both national, regional and ad-hoc basis
Digital Marketing
– Manage the development activities of the Ford Credit suite of digital properties
– Executing Integrated Marketing Campaigns’ digital plans and liaisen with FIPL brand marketers to implement the consumer and professional digital strategies
– Managing paid and organic search strategy and implementation
– Identifying, developing, and implementing business application strategies for emerging digital trends/technology (i.e. mobile, social media, ratings and reviews, online video, etc.)
– Analyzing in-depth data, testing, and insights to improve efficiency and effectiveness of digital media reach and spend
Marketing Program Development and Pricing
– Assist in formulation of annual marketing calendar and plan for activities in line with company objectives
– Assist in development of plan and management of annual marketing Budget
– Assist in product structure development, including competitive pricing in market, payment structure, optimal internal process etc.
– Liaise with FIPL, Ford APA regional office as required.
Measurement Reporting
– Work closely with FIPL programme office to understand changes on a monthly basis and update management
– Analyse sales & market trend and make recommendations to reporting Manager
– Execute in-depth post campaign analysis for effectiveness evaluation and future reference.
Satisfaction Process
– Manage Customer Satisfaction Index / Dealer Satisfaction Index process across all brands through digital mechanisms and provide executive summary to reporting Manager
Branding and Logos
– Develop branding position to fit company development strategy and work for Point of Sale Materials
– Ensuring proper Brand presence & logo usage in the market
