Job Role: Sr Specialist/AM – Analytics Recruitment
Experience : 3-6 Years (Corporate Experience)
Location: Bangalore

This individual would be part of the team which supports the Business Analytics & Research business vertical. This would involve working with various mid and senior level leaders to hire skill sets in Analytics, and Research.

Engaging and working closely with hiring managers to understand talent requirements
Leveraging various sourcing channels to build a robust pipeline while driving lost cost hiring
Ensuring that agreed upon SLAs are met or exceeded
Use data and reporting to draw insights and plan hiring activity

Candidate Description
Demonstrated expertise in end to end recruitment lifecycle
Strong knowledge of working on job portals such as Naukri/Monster/LinkedIn
Excellent industry knowledge and ability to map talent
Demonstrated expertise in creative sourcing to build pipeline
Strong stakeholder connect to drive hiring decisions
Taleo experience would be preferred
