Responsibilities
Provide Floor support and immediate resolution
Make outgoing calls for recovery of incorrect payment and negotiation etc
Work effectively out of a generic mailbox and ensure smooth delivery
Maintain details of work being done by the team and publishing team performance stats
First point of contact for client engagement / escalation management
Identify and work towards improvements projects resulting in process efficienies
Front ending / leading client meetings / discussions
Manage Team performance, People, Internal and External Stakeholders

Skills
Understands application of the principles in the defined tasks related to Invoicing, Vendor Payments, costs, limits, etc. and is able to track and validate orders
Flexible to work in Night shift and open to a change of shift as per process requirement
Open to extended shifts as per process requirements
Excellent in verbal and written communication skills
Experienced in issue identification and resolution in the defined tasks pertaining to procure to pay process.
Ability to manage & drive multiple conflicting priorities and multi-task
Must have the ability to handle confidential and sensitive material with discretion
Stakeholder Influencing and Management – Must possess the ability to comfortably interact with senior levels of management

Candidates with current designation as Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager ( Team Handling) should only apply
