Responsibilities

• Prepare GTM strategy in conjunction with senior management, and follow its’execution.

• Build Sales /Marketing team and mentor members to deliver on various sales / marketing programs

• Brand building exercise – anchor online/offline marketing activities and drive to completion

• Identify events where Motormechs could participate to maximize brand outreach, and work with the team to coordinate on the same

• Generation, analysis and documentation of market intelligence related to domain trends in various and targeted industry verticals

• Generation, analysis and documentation of competition (companies and products), and build sales pitches for Motormechs vis-à-vis the competition

• Plan, coordinate, implement and manage marketing

• Outreach to companies in targeted industry verticals to increase awareness of Motormechs and drive business lead generation

• Analyze prospects, customers, and market drivers/trends to make recommendations regarding promotional strategies

• Partner Outreach and support programs to build Motormechs service partner eco-system

Motormechs Technologies Private Limited is a technology enabled On Demand Roadside Assistance ( to begin with ) venture focused to disrupt current Roadside Assistance conventional practices with innovative and friendly technology enabled aggregation model. The company will focus on providing innovative solutions to bring technology, process and people together and thus provide a strong platform to deliver excellence thru mobile apps and web. The core objective would be to provide cost effective, customized and timely roadside assistance ( to begin with ) to vehicle owners on demand using a simple Mobile App with additional call facility feature that allows users to interact with a Motormechs representative for queries, clarifications and follow-up. We envisage to scale up to become the single point of contact following the purchase of a vehicle till further sale. We will provide the vehicle owner/s with assistance across spectrum of services and requirements related to the vehicle, be it road side assistance, mechanic services, car décor, accessories purchase, insurance renewals …among others.

Presently in Bangalore, we have over 200 mechanic / service providers on our list and actively working with over 60 trusted and trained Service Providers, which include – mechanics, tire specialists and towing companies strategically located across the city within a radius of 5 KM to attend to any complaint/ provide assistance within 30 minutes. Moving ahead, all the service providers associated with Motormechs will be tech enabled for easy tracking and service delivery
