Job Description:
The incumbent will be responsible for the following:
Overall responsible for the entire operations- Planning, execution and profitability
Raw material sourcing
Prepare costing, pricing and sampling for customers
Marketing the products to international buyers
Getting international certification (WRAP, ISO, etc)
Auditing for international buyers
Recruiting and training the team locally and internationally
Key Skills:
Techno Commercial Experience required
Experience of 10-15 years in Textiles (Relevant Exposure MUST)
Experience of 5-8 years as a General Manager/ Deputy General Manager
