We have Urgent Opening for the position of “MANAGER / DY. MANAGER (SERVICE – PLANNING & OPERATIONS)-AUTOMOBILE”for one of our clients in Muscat Oman.

Job Title: – MANAGER / DY. MANAGER (SERVICE – PLANNING & OPERATIONS)-AUTOMOBILE

Qualifications: – BE in Automobile / Mechanical Engineering (additional management qualification preferable).

Age Limit: – 38-40 years

Experience: – 12-15 years of relevant experience in reputed automobile company or large service centre chain. Should have good technical / administrative knowledge with adequate hands on shop floor experience on service planning & operations.Should have high level of Proficiency in MS Office especially Excel.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: –

To set up, plan and coordinate the various service centres and their operations. Will be responsible for planning strategies, budget, improving performance, productivity and efficiency etc. Shall also assist the Division head in improving productivity and profitability through effective processes and and strategies. Manpower planning, supervising and monitoring staff performance, streamlining and improving operations & systems, training and development of the service team shall also form part of the job.
