Prerequisites

1) Graduate / MBA with 5-7 years of Hard Core Sales Experience. (ONLY FEMALE LOCAL CANDIDATES)
2) Age 25 – 29 Years

3) Excellent communication and selling skills.

4) Sales Experience of not less than 5 Yrs in Education/ Retail industry

5) Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Power point.

6) Team Player, Motivator & a good Leader.

7) Should have Fire & Hunger for Sales and should be a consistent High performer. 

Will make Business Alliance Tie ups and handle “Step towards progress activities” for the centre. 
8) Education Background would be preferred.

9) Preference would be given to Candidates from Education / Time Share/Kinder Garden/Retail Banking/Financial Selling/Insurance counselors

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :

1. You shall be responsible for achieving weekly/monthly admission target

2. You Shall be responsible for delivering impactful sales presentation in nearby areas of respective location

3. You shall make productive house calls .

4. You Shall be responsible for admission process & documentation, batch formation, giving career seminar at education institutes, schools, colleges etc

5. Facilitate data management, team management and managing/ preparing MIS

6. Ensuring Proper handling of all queries of students & parents by effective counselling.

7. You shall make productive BABusiness Associate) tie ups

8. You will be required to conduct STP(Step towards progress) activities regularly for your centres.
