Position Description: Follow up of outstanding A/R all payers and/or including self pay and/or including resolution of denials. This position is responsible for handling all correspondence related to an insurance or patient account, contacting insurance carriers, patients and other facilities as needed to get maximum payment on accounts and identify issues or changes to achieve client profitability.

Job Description:
• Perform AR Collections and Follow with insurance companies (NOT Patients)
• Collect on money owed by healthcare insurance companies
• Ability to perform AR follow up on claims via phone and payers website
• Ability to read EOB’s and work on Excel spreadsheets
• Candidates enjoy being on phone throughout day
• Claim submission and adjustments on web portal
• Evaluate Payment Postings to EOBs
• Calculate and Post Adjustments to Accounts
• COB (coordination of Benefits) insurance verification and Eligibility
• Reconcile Billing to Unbilled Claims for Financial Reporting
