Job responsibilities:

• Helping the customer calling in to get our services in time



• Guiding the client to locate our franchisees.



• Guiding the franchises in availing best schemes from company.



• Motivating and supporting the franchisees to improve their productivity.



• Helping them in maintaining quality, cost and speed of our services.



• Customer feedback collection from clients who have availed our services.



• Evaluating the good and the poor performances of franchisees.



• Grievances handling if it comes from Franchisees or Customers.

Person Specification:

• Good written and verbal communication skill.



• Should know Hindi, English and additional one regional language.



• Age group : 20 to 25 year



• Happy to receive and make calls

Qualification : Graduate or Undergraduate

Experience : 1-3 years (Minimum 1 year BPO experience is must)

Compensation Offered : (As per Interview performance)
